Pastor Kime oversees worship services, discipleship for all ages, and daily operations.
Kime holds his Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a minor in voice. He received Masters in both Religious Education and Marriage and Family Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and is also certified in the ASIST Suicide Prevention Method and Prepare/Enrich Marital Counseling. Pastor Kime is a native of East End, Arkansas, and is the devoted father of Jessica, Parker, and Rileigh Eubanks and husband to the late Tina Eubanks.Email
Dr. Charles Chamblee
Intentional Interim Pastor
Dr. Chamblee has joined the staff in the interim to assist in preaching and providing counsel to the staff and church leadership. Charles currently serves as Clinical Director of Baptist Health Behavioral Services Clinics. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a degree in psychology. Additionally, he holds advanced degrees from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and Samford University. Since then, Dr. Chamblee has over 25 years experience in pastoral and clinical counseling.Email
Chaplain Ken Aden
Congregational Care Pastor
Chaplain Ken directs all the Pastoral Care Ministry at FaithSpring with a special calling to relationship and addiction counseling. Ken has served in full-time
ministry for six years, joining the FaithSpring family in 2016. He served our country full time with the United States Army prior to beginning his
ministry career (Honorable Discharge, 2010).
Ken received his Bachelor of Arts in Religion and Biblical Studies in 2015 from Liberty University School of Divinity. He completed his Clinical Chaplaincy Residency for Trauma and Grief in 2016 and completed his Masters in Christian Ministry for Chaplaincy in 2017, also from Liberty. He is currently working towards his PhD in Christian Counseling (Addiction and Recovery) through Liberty University. Ken is a native of Pine Bluff, AR, and resides in Russellville, Arkansas. He is the proud father of Lily, Tatum, and Nova.
